Our services include but are not limited to:

• Digital strategy and consulting
• Web development and design
• SEO and marketing systems
• Automation and growth frameworks
• Custom digital solutions as agreed per project scope

Each engagement is defined by a separate proposal, agreement, or statement of work outlining deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

We reserve the right to modify project scope if mutually agreed upon in writing.

By working with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Supply necessary access (platforms, accounts, assets, etc.) in a timely manner
• Respond to approvals, feedback, and communications without unnecessary delay

Delays in client response or required input may impact project timelines and delivery schedules.

• All payments must be made according to the agreed project invoice or contract
• Work may be paused if payments are delayed or incomplete
• Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client
• This includes designs, code, strategies, and custom-developed assets
• We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in portfolios or case studies

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries owned by Neo Gen Technologies remain our intellectual property.

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have legal rights to all materials provided to us
• Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner
• Maintaining backups of final project files after delivery
• Using delivered services in compliance with applicable laws

We are not liable for misuse of delivered systems or content.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice.

In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• Any unpaid deliverables will remain the property of Neo Gen Technologies until settled
• Completed partial work may be handed over at our discretion upon payment

We strive to deliver high-quality services; however:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes unless explicitly stated
• Platform performance may depend on third-party services beyond our control

We respect client confidentiality and agree not to disclose sensitive business information unless:

• Required by law
• Authorized by the client
• Necessary for service execution under trusted third-party agreements

We operate in alignment with applicable international digital service standards and data protection practices. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance of their own operations with local regulations.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting on our official platforms.
